1. Stronger Form 

The frame of the FUJI space escalator is welded from square pipes with a hermetically welded plate, which prevents the leakage of water and oil. With high stability and strength, this structure significantly extends the service life of the escalator.

2. Step System 

The structure consists of a galvanized guide rail, a high-strength and wear-resistant polyurethane roller, and a high-strength plate chain. It is resistant to corrosion and has a long service life of 20 years under continuous 24/7 operation.

3. Solution for Outdoor Installation 

It allows operation in an ambient temperature range from -25 °C to 40 °C. It has an electrical protection degree of IP54 and the motor protection degree is IP55.

4. Safety 

It strictly complies with GB/I6899-2011 "Safety Standards for the Manufacturing and Installation of Automatic Escalators and Moving Walkways" and other current Chinese and European standards. The functionality of the FUJI space escalator

Skirt panel brush

The skirting brush for the escalator skirting panel, which is installed on both sides of the escalator skirting panel and above the step, can prevent passengers' footwear from coming into contact with the skirting panel. At the same time, it enables the safe and effective prevention of foreign objects from getting into the gap between the step and the escalator skirting.

Fault display

When any malfunction is detected, the fault code will be displayed on the fault display screen. This ensures an effective and accurate determination of the location of the malfunction within the shortest possible time. In this way, the efficiency of maintenance and technical servicing is significantly increased.

Automatic oiling

The automatic lubricant refilling and lubrication system, controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), ensures perfect automatic lubrication of the transmission chain during the operation of the escalator.

Running direction indication

Heating device

Each escalator is usually equipped with three heating devices. One is located near the driving device in the upper machine room, mainly heating the motor and the control station. The second one is installed in the middle of the escalator. And the third one is at the lower part. Mainly, it heats the entire escalator.
